Position Overview:
In this dynamic full-time, permanent role, you will train and assess learners, delivering comprehensive Apprenticeship Standards in Operations Departmental Manager (Level 5) and Project Management (Level 4). Your expertise will guide learners in their Functional Skills Maths and English to Level 2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging training sessions for small cohorts and one-on-one, both online and face-to-face.
- Facilitate professional discussions and explore current leadership trends with learners.
- Document professional discussions based on knowledge, research, and reflective accounts.
- Efficiently manage your diary to conduct timely reviews for learners.
- Maintain accurate documentation on learners' progress and outcomes.
- Adapt your delivery to overcome learning barriers and meet individual learner needs.
- Ensure compliance with learner review and completion timelines.
Essential Criteria:
- You must be a qualified Assessor with direct experience in delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Operations Departmental Manager (Level 5).
- Solid occupational experience in Project Management is essential (APM delivery experience is a plus but not required).
- Comfortable with various delivery methods, including online and group-based training.
- A full clean driving license and access to your own vehicle are required.
- Flexibility with travel is a must.
