As a Learning & Development Executive, you will assist the Learning & Development Partner in helping staff develop skills in alignment with their career aspirations. The role encompasses involvement in all stages of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to leadership development. This position is suitable for someone keen to learn and grow within the field of Learning & Development.

The Learning & Development Executive's responsibility is to ensure that L&D activity requests are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, we operate a quarterly performance and development cycle β the Learning & Development Executive ensures that our managers complete the required reviews within the Performance Management platform. We seek a proactive individual who can manage shifting priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience in Learning & Development, training, or HR (with an L&D focus). Given our current growth plans and ongoing projects, it is essential to have experience in scaling businesses and understanding the challenges related to change, growth, and global complexities.
The Responsibilities:
- Procure individual and team based learning activities with consideration of global teams
- Ensure procured learning and development activities remains within defined budgets
- Manage licence allocation to Performance Management & Learning Platform systems
- Assist in the design of internal training sessions and workshops
- Drive completion of compliance learning modules to 100% across the business
- Contribute to the development of learning materials and pathways via our Learning Platform βHowNowβ
- Identify areas where adoption of L&D systems and processes can be improved
- Administer performance review cycles of our performance development tool
- Collaborate with the People Team on various projects and initiatives
- Resolve technical user issues with the L&D systems
- Prepare key metrics for quarterly reporting
- Assist in the administration of apprenticeship related training via the UK government apprenticeship levy scheme
The Person will have:
- Experience in Learning & Development: Some good experience in Learning & Development or a related field
- Technical Proficiency: Experience in administering a Learning Management System and/or a Performance Management Platform, as well as proficiency in the Microsoft 365 Suite of products
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail
- Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team and take on responsibilities outside the typical remit
- Adaptability: Experience in scaling businesses and understanding the challenges of change, growth, and global complexities
- Communication Skills: able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders across a global company
